Campers Not Welcome
I called to reserve and they said “I believe we only take RVs”. I said “yea I have a truck camper.” And they said “We only take motorhomes”. WTF? Ooookay bye.

Filthy Dog Poop Everywhere
The installations are good but he place is filthy. There is dog poop all over the back in sites. My first site smelled terrible, the long timer next door was not picking up his dog poop. I asked for a change of site to found out the other site also has unpicked up dog poop and garbage.
They allow weird filthy people for long term stay.
I have driven 20K miles across the US and stayed in tons of RV park. Never I have found one park with so much potential and so damn filthy.

Very Safe
I have lived here for more then a year. It is very safe and has a great crew of security bike patrols. Yes it gets crowded with the snowbirds. All cement, not enough trees. Close to the freeway and casinos. Great place for a home base. Electric included. Wi-Fi ok. Pool and rec room. Nice laundry. Great showers, clean.

34’ Motorhome
For our purpose of a place to overnight with hookups it was fine. We were there in November , mostly permanent rigs, jammed together. Parking lot atmosphere. Adjacent to low level casino. Security and check in people were very nice. We didn’t check out pool etc but they were there.

Truck Camper
They denied us on 2 counts. They do not allow RV’s more than 10 years old and they do not allow Truck Campers! I would also add that there is no security and it is in a sketchy neighborhood. Staff not friendly!

A Great Value
The bathrooms/showers were fantastic! We stayed one night and this is definitely on our list when returning to Vegas.

Cheap But In A Bad Area
The RV park is nice looking, the club house is dated but not horrible. The pool area and hot tub looked nice too but we didn’t use them so I cant comment if they’re clean. The fitness room is 2 treadmills and a weight machine. The wifi worked ok, not amazing but usually we could stream. The park is not gated and there is an occasional security guard that rides around on a bike. But.. once the sun goes down there is shady characters around. We woke up to gun shots multiple times, probably coming from the sketchy neighbourhoods close by. There is a mixture of full time people and travellers. Some full timers are rough and leave their dogs outside all night to bark. The Casino is ghetto and small, don’t bother going. We were sad that this park was so unsafe because it looks nice enough and is cheap, but sometimes cheap isn’t worth it. We have moved to a more expensive resort that is gated and has real security. This is not the place for a family.

Bang For Ya Buck!
It was a little tight but other than that what a great price and a great warm pool and HOT hot tub! Clean, convenient and level cement. We will be back here for sure!

1 Week Stay
Sites are tight..but seemed the neighbors were not around thru the day. Easy access to Boulder hiway and on to the strip. Walmart is close for groceries. BUS STOP just outside the park. Was sufficient for the week. Very tiny dog park which was just a penned gravel site.

Most Spaces Are Close To Each Other
Upon checkin the lady was very rude.
The spaces have cemet and are about seven feet apart. If your neighbors have tip outs and awnings yours may not fit or be challenging. Noisy park, construction behind the park, a grade school. Older model cars and boats parked at one end. Not sure of the other rv parks in the area. Would think twice before staying here again.

Very Place To Stay In Vegas!
We've statyed at Arizona Charles RV Park a couple times. Large park with a good mix of pull thru and back ins. It's on the east side of Vegas, good Fwy access. Reasonable rates, free WiFi etc.
