"Full hookups" is for the concession run RV Village, next door...$30, no NPS park passes honored. This review is for Callville Bay Campground run by the NPS has no hookups (which is not a complaint, we knew this coming in) and honors Park Passes. There is a dump station with potable water. Flush toilets, running water in the sinks, one 120 volt outlet my wife could use to dry her hair. Showers and laundry are closed for covid, but there are some at the concession RV park next door. Some vegetation between sites, giving a little sense of privacy. Quiet hours from 10pm to 6am. Outside of those hours generators are allowed. Several dumpsters spread around. Host, Jason, is very helpful and able to give ideas of things to do, as he's been a host here and outside of Valley of Fire for many years and knows the area well. Water access with boat ramp. Nice sheltered picnic area next to the ranger station by the entrance.

Very Calm
Spots are calm, no shade. Restrooms are not that clean (no soap), flush toilets.
You can find showers / Laundromat in the very far end of the boat parking (1min by car...) : exit the Campground, go right then left.
Showers : 6min/1,50$ then 0,25/min (add the 0,25 only when the water is flowing
Laundromat : wash 1$, dry 1$
