Sportsman Beach
Arrived Friday at 2pm on Memorial Day weekend in the time of Corona. Tarmac roads so easy access. No sites left except by vault toilet and dumpster. Smell is awful but View is phenomenal. Just happy to park. Wind gust 20 mph forced us off the road.

Beautiful Quiet Spot
We stayed at Sportsman beach, there are 3 BLM campgrounds within 6 miles of each other along Walker Lake. Sportsman Beach has paved roads, a boat launch, palapas, pull through or back in sites, and 3 vault toilets. All sites are gravel and more or less level, except the sites nearest the highway. Dry camping, no water. Waste dumpsters at middle level, said to be emptied about 1x per week. We'll make this a frequent stop as this is our annual migration route.

Pulled in in the evening to sleep for a few hours. The spots were flat enough and the covered picnic table was nice. Looks like the area below is right off the lake, and may be a better area, especially in an RV. There was only one other RV in the top loop with me, but there were a group of them below
