Nice Little Park

This was a nice little park for a stop over night. No electricity but it was cool enough for open windows. Short sites for tents or small RVs. Platte River right there. Adjacent to a park with little zoo and kiddie rides. We enjoyed a surprise concert and ice cream. Distant train noise but not bad considering any other RV Park in North Platte. Has water and a dump.

Really Nice!

Shady cool sites next to the North Platte river. Small zoo, free, nearby. Quiet, nice park to walk around. And very inexpensive. We are in an RV so didn’t try the facilities.

Sketchy People Cool Animals

What a range of emotions here. Thrilled to have the campground essentially to ourselves for the night for $5. Cringed when my children wanted to use the bathrooms - very very gross. The amount of extremely creepy people rolling through eying up our camper was incredibly unnerving. A few cleared out when the local police drove through. Would not stay here unless you’re prepared for potential run in and keeping your kids very close by. There were animals to check out - bison, elk, deer, donkeys, llama, peacocks and many many many geese.

Perfect and quiet spot for $5. I wish there were more places like this. Shade trees and level spots

Can't Beat The Price

Clean, level place to park camper. No hookups but bathrooms, dump station, and ok to run generator.
