We stayed here late December visiting family in the area. Hesitant to stay here because of the previous reviews, all of which are true… and KOA in general are over priced as a rule.
The campground itself is rundown and poorly managed. The sites were muddy with no snow, removal maintenance around the area.
We asked to get propane which is completely necessary 30° as high and told that there would be a $20 up charge in addition to the price of propane to fill the tanks. There is no place to put your trash and their pick up policy is scratched out on Check-in sheet so you have no clue what to do. I received a text at 7:30 in the morning stating nothing besides don’t forget that you need to check out by 11
In addition to all of this staff was extremely rude and extremely grumpy. It’s the holidays. The individuals who run the camp are obviously very unhappy. and it translates and ruins your stay
Stay anywhere else …..

Very Disappointed
This KOA is not worth the money and should only be used for overnight stay. The sites are very close, it’s basically a gravel lot with some trees with full hook ups. This campground is also over priced, Next time we will avoid this one.

Disappointed
We booked 3 nights at this KOA in Omaha. Was very disappointed. We have stayed in many KOA was was very impressed. This one was a great disappointment. The spaces are very close together and you are squeezed in. The pool was very small. The campground wasn’t well kept. Would not stay here again.

So much potential
This could really be a great KOA. The sites are indeed pretty close together and we were in their new section classified as for big rigs. The roads are mud more than gravel and very pot hole damaged. Baton down the hatches tightly before you pull in here. If they would just grade their roads and lay a decent amount of gravel to make to roads better I would give them more stars. Grass between sites is decent, our site #204 was unlevel from side to side more than anywhere in this 3 month trip. They say their upgraded their wifi but we didnt use it. Nor do we use the facilities so no comment their. TV reception for broadband or satellite is excellent in this section as there are no trees. We will not come back to this park. Down the road Pine Grove looked so much better as we drove thru it this morning for our next time thru this area.

First Stay At KOA
Nice park, most sites are pretty close together. Ours was pretty big compared to the rest but we were closer to the road and had a lot of noise from traffic. Most of the staff was great, only one guy was kinda cranky. Lots of things for families to do, we will be back.

Stayed in a 32 foot Class A with tow. The sites in this part of the park are not level in either direction. The wifi and cable TV work well. Laundry facilities are in good order. Wooden platform and picnic table at this site need some TLC. Second time I have stayed here and I would stay again.

Great 1st Expierence
Our family stayed here as first timers. The staff took their time to come with me to ensure I hooked it all up completely correct. Let me do it and didn’t talk down to me if I did something wrong. Excellent location for family get togethers and great food near by, strip mall within minutes. Some of the amenities for kids looked run down but we have pets so the dog park was awesome for us.

Would Stay Again
Great location next to the outlet and two nice outdoor recreation areas. Not a bad jaunt into Omaha proper. Nine year old loved the jumping pillow. Store wasn't well stocked. Spaces were on the tight side. Folks were friendly. If we camp Omaha again, we would probably book.

Tight And Overpriced
I am losing respect for KOAs and their "holiday" price rigging. This place was one of the tightest unlevel spots we encountered as we were driving Xcountry. Decks made to hold picnic table only was the only dress up. Septic hose right next to picnic table and no place to move table due to deck. Most journey KOAs were nicer than this. Price was higher than many beautiful holiday parks we were in.

sites were close together, ok for a nite, kind of pricey for what they offered
