Very nice little campground. Only 25 dollars a night. Pretty tough to beat for a sleep over.

Quiet shady park with really nice walking path around lake. Camp host was extra friendly and gave us lots of information about the area.

Brought 18 boys to a camp. Host couple was very accommodating. Lots of well established cottonwood trees for shade. Clean bathrooms. Beside a nice lake. Appreciated the hospitality.

Nice City Park

Nice City Park. The drive in takes you thru the beautiful historical section of town. All sites W/E only (30 & 50 amp available) and fairly level. Dump station at entrance. Must get key for restrooms/showers at office, but you can keep it for your entire stay. Older restrooms, but in good condition and very clean. Restrooms can get hot during midday, but are ok mornings and evenings. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. Old fashioned Playground in the middle of the park. Lovely place for a walk or to walk your dog. Pull thru and back in sites. Call ahead to reserve a pull thru if you need one.

Very nice location, clean and well maintained, lots of shade, campsite was spacious, water, electric. On site dump station. The campground managers were very sweet and knowledgeable. Would recommend for peace and quiet! There is fishing at nearby Lake Helen and the canal. Pet friendly also. We will return for sure!
