Great Park Loaded With History
We were lucky enough to get the last full hook up site they had. There were lots of just 30 amp only sites. Stayed two days and still didn't see it all. Nice paved roads and RV site. Some shade, loads of bike, hiking and horse trails to explore. Very good restaurant in the Inn. Pool, wagon and Jeep rides. We will be back!!

Stayed in June at Soldier Creek, nice camp ground and super clean showers and bathrooms. Great stay will do again soon

Sweet
Spent 2 nights could of been more. Great park with things to do and history to learn. We stayed in the Red Cloud loop level paved pad with shade trees and nice spacing between sites. The thing I didn't realize that this loop had NO RESTROOMS but we managed. Will visit again

Oh My
Been here 20 years ago and what a gem now! Paved roads and gravel sites with electricity. Quiet, peaceful, entertaining, what else do you want in a natural setting. This is the ONLY camp ground I have given a 5 star. Excellent!

Nice
We stayed there last night. Even though it's summer break we didn't have to book which was nice. They have electricity but no water. That's okay since the water at the dump station is drinkable, you can fill up your tank when you live.

Historic and Scenic
Stayed one night here in early May. Beautiful short scenic drive up Smiley Canyon to see views and bison. Campground sparsely filled which made for a nice quiet stay. The old buildings from the days it was a fort give it a distinctly historic atmosphere.

Great Little Gem
We found this on the app and are glad we stopped. Lots of great spots, from electric to full hookups with a dump and potable water station. Super affordable, only $20/night for just electric hook up. Lots to do, general store, restaurant, playhouse, pool, wagon tours, museums, activities, hiking etc. Big spots with fire pits and clean shower house. I'd definitely recommend this one!

AKA KAMPER KRITTER
Great State Park. Rich in early American history. Enjoyed our stay late in the fall.

Confusing
Nice park, but confusing signs and the office closed at 5.
