Good location but bad service. We got into a disagreement because staff wanted to move me around every night. When talking about this he was rude to me. Then when we went out for dinner he locked off our water.

A crowded gravel parking lot with amenities. The only positive is it is near the west entrance. Very expensive.

Poor Customer Service

I ended up booking the incorrect day while scheduling online. I called them to ask if I could change the date and explained it was a mistake but they refused to give me my money back. Crappy customer service. We ended up going to another rv park because they were so rude.

Great Park!

This is a very nice RV park with every amenity, including an IMAX theatre and wonderful gift shop! The staff is very friendly & helpful. The sites are graveled and there is room for any size RV. It’s busy, so make a reservation. However, we called the day before and there had been a cancellation. Fees in line with parks in this area. Highly recommend.

What A Great RV Park.

It is mid May and the The Yellowstone campgrounds were full (only 2 were open) so we drove out of the park west entrance and found this RV Park. This place cares about their customers who stay there. Very well maintained. Very clean showers and laundry. They went out of their way to help and I would highly recommend staying here. Walk to the town of West Yellowstone in a few minutes and drive to the park entrance in 5 minutes. Pay the extra amount and stay here. They can accommodate any size rig. Make a reservation and book early. We did not but we were lucky to get a spot.

Very friendly

Pulled into town and no spots available tonight but he sent us over to another location. We did book two other nights during the week and can't wait to be right next to all the shops. Book ahead for this sweet location.

Great place and value. The park is well maintained and as convenient as can be to Yellowstone, shopping and all town amenities in one location. The bathrooms were extremely tidy and maintained. A paved site to drive on would be nice but still ranks among the top of our RV park stays this summer.
