Dump
My mistake for staying here in attempting to get close to Glacier and save a buck or two. This "campground" is not suitable for large RVs. The sites are narrow with trees on all sides that are not trimmed to allow anything over 12 ft. tall, with any slides, or definitely with any awnings to comfortably fit without damage. The sites and roads are basically dusty bare dirt and poorly maintained. There are no amenities other than showers (dirty) and laundry, with no cable, or sewer hookups, but several over-the-air channels are available. Trains and barking dogs woke us up almost every morning.
The owner/manager was put out and insulting after a simple request to trim a few low hanging branches. I offered to cut the branches myself and was told "no way I would let you cut anything, you would cut the entire forest down, I know your type". This was right after being told " this is a forest, not a country club, and the branches are soft", as if they won't scratch your paint!

You Decide $52 Per Night
Pros
About 5 miles from Glacier National Park. Accommodating owner.
Showers and laundry facilities in 2 locations within the park.
The driveway was watered down to keep the dust down.
Cons
Park was rough around the edges, needed more grooming.
Only half of the washer/dryers worked.
Most sites were narrow, barely enough room to put out our slide and be able to step out our door without running into the picnic table.
If you have children, it does have a playground but again it needs grooming, too many tall weeds growing everywhere.
If you are just looking for a place to hang your hat close to Glacier, then it might be for you. And there is some train activity not far away that you can hear the whistle blow during the night. If you visit Napgar campground inside the park, it has the same tall brush around its sites but the sites have plenty of room between them.

Great Campground!!!
Most sites are very large with your own private side yard, picnic table & fire ring included! We have a 40’ class A and had plenty of space! One of the largest width we’ve stayed in. we walked the entire campground and only saw a few “slightly tight” spots and those seemed to be mostly for tent camping. The setting is private and gorgeous with lots of trees between every site...this is camping! We’ve stayed in so many RV parks that felt like parking lots. Again, you are in the trees in the mountains. Oh, and they have s nice little “dog park”...not large, but big enough to let the dogs off leash for a bit to stretch their legs and give you a break! Bathrooms & laundry are clean...$2 wash/$2 dry. Plenty of restaurants, small grocery, and Glacier Park are all within 5-10 minutes. Would definitely stay here, again!

Great Hosts, Nice Spot
The sites are tight and ours was level. Some are very large. Showers and toilets are clean as well as the laundry room. Bill picks up trash and waters down the dusty driveway every day. Bill and Melanie are very nice and accommodating and work hard at making sure you're comfortable. We have a 40 ft motorhome with a 2 wheel tow dolly and car. The site Bill gave us was awesome. He went out of his way to allow us to extend our stay without moving us to another site. Depending on your lenght of stay, Bill will also pump you out if you need it or there is a dump on the grounds for you to use. The grounds are 10 minutes from the West entrance to Glacier which is a plus. Most all of the sites are shaded unlike the other grounds in the area and all campgrounds in the area are subjected to the train whistle which is why the 4 star. Thank you Bill and Melanie

Great Place
This is a beautiful campground. Bathhouses are nice and clean, laundry facility was nice and there is a small dog yard. They offer bags of ice for $2 a bag on an honor system. Would definately recommend

Sundance Campground
Ok for a few nights but I would look around next time for a better place. Not good cell coverage for AT&T.
