Worth The Drive
This site is inaccessible for rvs or big trailers. The road is long, winding, steep cliffs, and rough gravel (rocky)... Oh and don't go too fast because cattle might be just around the next corner! On the way out, it appeared a lower clearance sedan had punctured a tank and needed a tow out. I loved this camp spot, despite a loud college age crowd who played guitar into the night. The scenery is beautiful with Sac Peak right above. This is a pack in pack out site, with a bear safe locker, if needed. Bring your own toilet paper, the two restrooms did not provide any.
