Closed In November

We were traveling through on November 3rd and the gate was closed and locked. Plan B worked by staying at the State fair grounds 30 miles north.

Nice Park!

Army Corps of Engineers park. Just spent a night here traveling through, but would definitely stay longer should the opportunity present itself. Nicely maintained park. Large gravel pad, electric, shaded, picnic table, view of the lake. Showers and bathrooms close.

Nice! (With Caveat)

Open all year except not really. True ...you can pull in and choose a spot in the off season... But no facilities are open. Electric. Worked. A good off season overnight and very reasonable prices!
