This is a quiet & well maintained park but had a few concerns. We called & reserved a spot but on arrival there was no paperwork left & office was closed at 2 pm. Filled out night time paperwork & found a spot vacant. One next to us had a reserved sign & orange cone placed so obviously they left that customer with some info. Also the restrooms are locked & you need a code but none of that info was conveyed either on the phone or at the park. Usually you get a map with all the info on it especially if office is closed. Tried again in the am but office still closed since the owner was doing “yard work”. If you own a business like this hire a person part time for the office or a camp host if you can’t be there. Just a very weird experience to say the least.

Nice Quiet Place
Clean simple park. Upper portion near the road were level pads. Less level pads down the hill. Good water, had all necessary hookups. Reasonable rates. General store and pool were closed. Nice dog walk area. The Meramac Springs park is just down the street and nice to visit.

Very quite. Set back into Missouri Ozark woods. Fishing and canoe rentals close by. Lots of antique stores in several surrounding small towns. Not a place really for younger groups. Perfect for the quite retired folks. Pool area available, laundry, and small country store in the park.
