Lots Of Campfires And Very Smoky
Nice location and great staff , bath house nice and clean. However, (and especially on a holiday weekend) if you have an allergy to wood smoke, steer clear as its a thing at this campground. They have great amenities for kids with fishing, bounce house, playground etc. i can see why its s great family destination and super fun for kids but the smoke just about killed us. We have a cabin in Colorado and burn a lot of wood so are not city slickers but even my husband complained about the smoke and that’s saying something! They have a lot of infrastructure to support and so it’s more expensive than some but again for kids and families a real camping experience not so far out of town; we paid $81 on a holiday weekend for one night

Nice camping place
We are TT campers, but my wife’s family are not so they rent a cabin. Many people have kids but they’re usually well behaved. The people like to involve others in their playtime. Case in point…we stayed for 4th of July in 2021, side by sides paraded around in a convoy displaying flags and festive decorations. Young’s kids had super-soakers and were squirting them. All in good fun(it was hot). Plenty of shade, a small pavilion with local musicians. A nice pool and bounce area. If you like to walk there is a 4.5 mile lake walk with intermittent resting points. We usually book a couple times a year.

Great stop
Only stopped for 1 night. Arrived near dark so we didn't check out all of the facilities. The owners are awesome... Very friendly and accommodating. We ran out of propane and they offered to come back and fill for us. Would love to stay again in warm weather.

Full Timer
Class A, 38. Easy in and out from the highway. Gravel sites with full hook ups. We had a level site in the G row. Plenty of space to walk the dogs around. Well kept and clean. Pretty full on the weekend. Very quiet during the week. Still needs some road work and site leveling to get 5 stars. Nice place.

Don’t Understand
Why this site doesn’t have all 5 stars I’ll never understand. This is a very nice clean friendly campground. We overnighted, came in late staff waited for us. Site was concreted pad with fhu. Well layed out, easy in and out. Would stay again

Good, And Dark
Good little park. I got there at night and had a tough time locating a spot as it wasnt lit up very well, I had to get out of my truck with a flashlight and see if my rig would fit and find the spots. Other than that, the water pressure was great and seamed to be a nice place.

Great Camp Ground
The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the lack of signs. If I hadn't phoned to get directions not sure if I would have found it. Would definitely use this campground again.
