Stay At Mari Osa Delta

We stayed for 5 days for a fishing trip on the Osage river. Part of the reason we chose this campground was proximity to river with boat ramp and store with bait, tackle, ice and propane. Well the only true things were proximity to river and yes there was a boat ramp but in poor shape after water dropped would have had to go off ramp to get boat in or out and would have gotten truck stuck in mud. There was no bait, tackle, ice or propane available. We asked the owner about this and he replied he left it on the web site so campers would come. I would not go back because I do not like being lied to. Campground generally needs maintenance roads graded and trash cans so you can dispose of the dogs waste that they want you to pick up. This is my first review and only doing this so other campers are aware.

Beautiful Serenity

My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights while we could the sights of Jefferson City. This Campground is very quiet and well-kept. I wish we had made time to go fish. The Proprietors are extremely friendly. We will return.
