Nice Place, Resonable Rates
We stayed here for a week in July '23. Really nice park. And Yes... There are quite a few permanent campers here and... The 10 mph speed limit is not enforced, especially at 5am. But, this is a real nice park with a Thursday thru Monday breakfast restaurant, a nice pool, a boat launch, a club house, a lodge and most roads are paved. One down side is the water smells badly. We only drink bottled water anyways, so we survived this. If you have ever been to Gautier MS, you would know that even the locals don't drink the water. There was no AC in the bathrooms, but they are shaded under beautiful oak trees and there are fans in them, so not uncomfortable at all times of day. The folks at the check-in building are nice, courteous and helpful.

Beautiful Place
The sunrise over the Bayou is awesome. The people are wonderful. The rates are reasonable and the location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Stayed for work for roughly 5 weeks. Reservation was set up for a weekly site, even though I reserved a monthly, so I had to move after two days. Other than that, it's a nice quiet park.

Avoid this place if you like peace and quiet. Too many people live in the park and go in and out all day and night, apparently missing their mufflers. We only stayed overnight. Couldn't sleep as we were right on the first corner on the main road. Facilities are very old.
