A ways off the highway. one bridge with 5 ton limit. Pads are nicely spaced among the trees. A neighbor said there wasn’t much for the kids to do and that the lake water smelled and the bugs were bad. I had no trouble with bugs as it rained the whole time so I didn’t see the whole place or get on the water. Bath house primitive but clean. Don’t think I’ll go back.

Secluded and Quiet

We stayed for the night while passing through our way home. The park was clean and well kept. Our site was level and didn’t require us to use blocks or even unhook. It also had a nice deck that overlooked the lake. We arrived at night and the camp host was very responsive and helpful with checking us in. The park was pretty dark and secluded but in the morning we got to see how pretty the park was and all it has to offer.

Incredible View And Space

Call if you are coming in after 5:30, and they will assign you a space. Each large gravel space has an area large enough for a tent / pavilion next to your RV, with a nice picnic table and grill. $25 for a space next to the reservoir with full hookups, $23 for over 55. Easy to back in; either "y" on straight road, or straight back from the circle. Beware your GPS directions; Midway Church Road is unpaved. Follow signs from exit 115. No wifi, no cable, and limited cellular service, and we heard nice bathhouse. We will be back!

Wow!

Incredible park! Our view was unmatched. Facilities were great and clean. Sight was level. Our stay cost us $20 per night and we rented a boat (it's a 24 hour rental!!!) for a mere $20. This kids loved it. They have a swim beach and walking trails. Staff was great. This is by far our favorite place we have stayed!
