Nice Spot! Would Definitely Stay Again

I admit having reservations given the parking lot description by some…. It worked out great. Location is great and people at the park very nice and friendly. Easy to navigate our 43’ diesel pusher in and out. 4 night stay was just right.

Nice RV spark

We stayed 3 nights. This is across the street from the beach. Clean facility. Plenty big to park our 44’ RV. Nice laundry room.

Great Place To Stay!!

We spent 4 nights here to get some family beach time and this place serves as a perfect “home base.” The pool was awesome! It’s expected to get some sand in it being right across from the beach. Met some really nice people that have been coming since the place opened. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice Park

Plenty of room. Cement sites. Friendly staff. Pool not so clean! Beach had white sand but in the water it was brown and black sand and only 6” deep. Not a fan of the water here. The Reef was a great place to eat with cheap appetizers the size of a meal.

If u like staying in parking lots go for it!! Close to beach and nice pool!! But I hate parking lots period

Beautiful

Beautiful location designed for big rigs. Could use another bathroom for smaller travelers. Immaculate park & grounds. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Mixed Bag

The pluses: absolutely clean, concrete and stone block pads dead level, up to date maintained utilities, pool open all hours, small but serviceable dog run yard, clean, modern, climate controlled baths, showers, and common room. The minuses: poop bag dispenser deliberately kept empty (surprise!), and absolutely impossible to reach by phone or email for an entire day to make a reservation -- so we just showed up, to find the office open and no one there! Campground small enough to throw a baseball from one corner to the opposite corner, plus an overflow lot for big rigs across the alley. Overall, we threw in a star because of their super location directly across the coast road from the Gulf beach. Would not recommend the adjacent Waffle House.

Bought A Flying Cloud 30 RB At Foley RV

Spent 3 days here. As everyone has said, great location, great facilities, great views and pricey. Traffic did not bother us. We never heard the train inside, AC on though. Waffle House was actually pretty good. Not like it was 10-15 years ago. Uber is there if you want to have wine with your meal. Great restaurants: Half Shelf Oyster, Mclroy, The Rack House to name a few.

Beautiful View Of Gulf

We had a five night stay. Resort is very clean, clubhouse offers extra washrooms, shower, daily coffee and comfortable indoor seating area. Beautiful deck and pool areas overlooking the gulf. All concrete pads. As noted by others, the sites are tight. We would definitely return.

Very Nice

Immaculate! Concrete pads. A little tight but not bad. Very clean rest room & shower house. Short walk to beach across 4 lane road. We were close to front of park so road noise was noticeable.

5 Night Stay

Truly a gem. Clean, level paved sites. Beautiful clubhouse with a coffee bar, showers, laundry & a couple vending machines. The pool area is inviting & well kept. There’s a Waffle House in front of the RV Park & if you tell your server you’re staying at Gulf Beach RV Resort, they give you 10% off your bill. We will definitely stay again when we’re in this area.

Very Nice!

This fairly new park is beautiful. Completely paved with concrete pads for each site. The sites are pretty close together and do not offer picnic tables. Grassy areas are minimal but there is a fenced area for running your dog. There are beautiful showers and laundry facilities available which require a passcode. One problem we ran into was our sewer hose wasn’t long enough to reach the sewer. If your sewage drain is in front of the rear tires, you will want to make sure u have an extra hose on hand. The pool and deck areas are gorgeous and make for a lovely place to unwind. Make sure u catch a sunset or two!

Great Stay.

Very nice place. Only a year old. Everything nice. Great pool area. Across the street from the beach. Fantastic location. Higher priced but you do get what you pay for.
