Agree with other reviews. Many nice sites with plenty of space between. Just avoid site B in the upper campground. Open, no shade, one small tree, surrounded by weeds and wildflowers. Feels like you are in a fish bowl. Does not fit with the rest of the park.

Upper Campground Review
Absolutely beautiful area. Campground has many spots that are very nice. The lower #s in this campground are more clustered together though. Best spot is 28 with the best view. Lots of trails, bathhouse has 6 shower stalls, 2 disabled accessible, drinking water (but no RV fill) near bathhouse. Electric hookups at most sites. Numerous vault toilets throughout. Next to highway so there is traffic noise that dies down in the evening. No dump station although there is a dump and water fill stations at Cascade River and in Silver Bay (easy to spot on City Shop Rd). Would give the place 5 stars except for the constant traffic noise during the day and only a few water spigots locations for drinking water.

Lower Campground
Lovely campground with close access to Lake Superior and wonderful hiking up the river.

Circle Tour Stopover
Beautiful ProvincialPark. Hiking trails are awesome. Eastern (upper) section is best for bigger rigs. It is also paved. We ended up in the Western (lower) section. Very tight and sloped sites for our group of class A’s, not to mention the dusty dirt road.

Fantastic!
I have camped here many times. It's beautiful. There are four drive in sites, and several walk in sites right on Lake Superior in the lower campground . All the sites in both the upper and lower campgrounds are within walking distance to the lake, and the river and its waterfalls. In the lower campground, there is a spring for drinking water, that flows year round. Also here, there are picnic tables right on the lake (you will need a state park sticker ).
