Very nice place. Clean; spacious sites, I will definitely stay here again.

Decent Place To Stay

We stayed here while I was working in the area. This place is geared towards older folks. My wife kids and I stayed here. They were very accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone who is in the area and needs a place to park for the night. Very good people.

This is a great rv park. The owners are some of the nicest people on earth. Well landscaped and working all the time to improve. Barry Nelson

Nice Place

Overall, a nice place. Not sure how long it's been here, but it's a work in progress. Galen, the owner, was working all week on finishing the community room (pavilion). The washers and dryers are in that building, along with very nice showers. There's also a couple tables of books and magazines -- leave one, take one. I'm positive it will continue to improve over time. We had electric and water. The transient sites apparently don't have sewer hook-up. You can hear traffic from I-35. There is WiFi, but where we were, the signal was weak. We would definitely stay here again.

Not That Impressed

Got to the site and while checking in asked where laundry was located. (They had it posted on the website) low and behold they don't really have laundry here. There is a place 3 miles up the road. Then when asked about dogs they can only pee and poop in certain area which is a pretty far walk to get to. Also posted on website that they have fishing. Well they have a lake but it isn't stocked with fish. Needless to say we won't be staying here again.
