Lovely park. 50 amp FHU pull through site was $41 plus the $7 state park fee.

Cell and TV close to town
Nice park and good pull through sites full hookup. Great for a stop over if you want to eat out and shop within walking distance from your site. Good bike trails. The only drawback is close to road so of course noise from that and every now and then a train horn as it goes through town. You will have a 7 dollar park pass added to your site fee.

Good location, great camping
This was once a neighborhood before the flood of 1997 wiped it out, as a result the streets are wide and the sites are all pull-through with full hook-ups and 50amps service, and good free WiFi. There are showers & clean restrooms. Great place to have a bicycle and plenty of trails nearby. You're within walking distance of the movie theater.
This is a state park so you need a permit ($7/day or $35/year).

Came back through and stopped again! Really love this campground.... VERY big-rig friendly. No tree issues for slides and good water pressure. Beautifully maintained. Upgrading to 5 star!

Great State Park
We love Red River State Recreation Campground! Close to everything; restaurants, shopping, bars, coffee shops, Cabelas,...Very well maintained and organized. City water with great water pressure, lots of mature shade trees and shrubs. Small family of whitetail deer in front of our campsite (98) each morning and evening! You will simply love the miles and miles of biking/ hiking trails along both sides of the river! Very nice!

Fire pits
Great park! Would have given 5 ? if not for the ?fire pits. For such expensive pits, they are TOO tall. You should be able to see a fire without having to stand & lean in!

Red River Recreational Trail (AKA: Grand Forks and East Grand Forks Greenway)
Get a map! This thing wanders all over the place. Super paved bike trail, but easy to take a wrong turn unless you know the area.
