Just Okay
We reserved a 50amp pull thru, but the site was only 30amp. We asked to change sites, they asked us not to run the a/c. We said no and asked for a refund. Although full, they worked and found a pull thru with a 50amp, but was for a maximum 30ft. It was tight for our 35ft TT. Bathrooms were what you’d expect for a KOA; clean and serviceable. The day we were leaving I was apparently blocking a worker’s cart path with the trailer. He cursed me under his breath. I don’t normally read lips, but I know the f-bomb when I see it. I asked him what he said and his reply was “have a nice day”. Basically being a jerk. I shared this with the owner and he said he’d talk to him, but who knows. Between the site mix up and the rude worker I would pass on staying here. Too bad because KOAs are typically dependable.

Okay
The lady at the front desk is like the rule Nazi. We arrived an hour before check in and they made us wait an hour even though there was nobody at our site. They have complimentary pump out and I got there right away in the morning but she still wouldn't accommodate us said you had to sign up the night before. I get it there are rules for a reason but seriously.... Pool was clean but in need of repair/renovating hot tub was out of order. Bathrooms and showers were clean and nice. Pull thru sites were really close together back in sites are much nicer. Okay to stay for the night wouldn't plan a vacation around this place. We just stayed for a long weekend. Won't be back.

4 Night Stay
Overall, a pretty good place. We had previously stayed at Rochester KOA and this Duluth one was much better. Bathrooms are open (Covid), unlike Rochester. And these bathrooms were quite nice and well maintained. Showers were nice as well. Didn't use the pool/hot tub, too cold. Hot tub was closed (Covid). Our spot was good at the end of a row, spot 7. However, the poor guy next to us had maybe 4 feet between my sewer hookup and his fire pit and picnic table. Needless to say, we never saw them sitting there the whole stay. Other spots had very nice patios or gazebos, but I'm sure you gotta book plenty early to get those.

Great Place
We were welcomed and escorted to our site by friendly, uniformed employees. Very well organized. Bathroom and laundry looked new. Nice level, clean sites. There is a loud train but doesn't run often.no traffic noise. Wifi did not work.

Clean campground with friendly workers. Playground wasn't the greatest though, my son got a splinter. Pool and got tub area looked like it was recently updated, couldn't use either since it was a bit too chilly and I am pregnant. If I'm ever in the area again, I would probably choose to stay here.
