If you’re looking for a place to fish, ride your bike and hang out then this is the place for you. Older kids will be bored as the activities are not available during the week. You can swim but the water is kinda mucky and dark. My kids swam and said close to the beach shore was ok for swimming. Canoes are available but you are just on a stagnant, dirty canal for a mile round trip. The bathrooms and showers were fairly clean. Most of the games like putt putt are old and not well kept. The campground is large for riding bikes. The zip line is short, the rock wall is older and goes straight up—needs to be re-done and fixed up, the water slide goes into the lake (mucky) and only open certain times on weekends. I suggest calling first to get information before going. For the most part, people were friendly to us. The campground has potential for f someone cleaned it up and put some time into it.

First time here. Thought this was a Christian camp. Not one person has said a word to us. When checking in they were not even that friendly. Went to a auction they had not even the person giving us numbers said anything to us. The guy running it never said a word to us. He even bid on items which was weird. How do we know he was not bidding to just get the prices up. The main complaint is how people walk through your camp sight. Amazing really the rudeness of people. We have a corner sight and they have walked by our car on our sight. I fell while walking our dog. A group of people saw me and never came over or said a word. A little girl on her bike stopped and asked if I was ok.

Great Family Campground
Clean and friendly. Amazing swimming lake, sandy and not full of weeds. Wet & dry zip lines are fun and so is the water slide.
