Wrong Directions

Do not drive here. Use maps or call them. Don’t follow this site .Takes you forever on a washboard road west then says walk to your destination. For some reason there is two destinations. About the campground it’s ok. Lot of seasonal. The primitive sites are cool. Ladies in the office are sweet. But it’s always about the $

Great Little Spot

Went to get away for the weekend, close to home, great fishing, you can rent boats with motors, tackle and bait on site, good frog hunting for the kids, Karla the owner was very nice! Fair pricing, locals very friendly as well! Offer great rustic sites with lots of shade, if I were tent camping I would have very happy with the surroundings.

Secluded

Went out to see what they had to offer. Very quiet secluded fishing campground. Less of the glamping and more of the quiet relaxing. Has a nice play set for the kids. Pretty far back down a dirt road. Defenitely not for glampers. Twisty and turning trails to get to your sites. Pretty cramped sites. Looked like lots of seasonals and folks that live on the grounds. Probably not good for anything 30' or larger. If you are looking to camp, fish, and relax in a quiet secluded setting and have a smaller rig This is your spot.

Disappointing At Best

Based on the website's pictures and advertising you'd think this was heaven on earth! I should have known we were in for a treat when we had to go down MILES of washboard-gravel roads just to get there. Upon arriving we learned the the site was under sized, the lake was a giant pond, and the Der flies can carry a small child off. To make matters worse when my wife went to use the ladies bathroom there was a man taking a shower in there!! Creeper! Would not recommend this to anyone!

Nice Place

Owners nice and accomodating. Nice, small fishing lake - 10mph speed limit. Nice bath houses with lots of room, handicap accessible. Laundry, pool table in office building. Electric golf carts permitted. Outhouses flush! :) Very busy on holidays.
