Stayed here last year for a few nights and was a terrible experience. We called weeks prior to arriving and were assured a site would be ready for us. Called prior to arriving and was told they thought they could find us a spot, not good when traveling from another state. Arrived, found us site back by their Lilly pad filled swamp. Was told on check in That no additional electric charge since we were there less than a week. When leaving, we were chased down trying to hit us up for an extra $9 for electric. This place is filled with all seasonals, and seemed to be sketchy. We camp throughout the country and this was by far the worst place we’ve stayed, so you may want to keep looking.

Great People
This is a great place to set up camp.
Huge mostly level sites
The seasonal campers were great people who were very respectful and helpful.
The owners are funny helpful and easy to get along with.
This camp is not the “perfect golf course quality landscapes” you see at some places but it is clean and kept up it is in the woods great shade full hook ups are available and bugs weren’t really bad either. Long easy to navigate road leading you in. The road dose get narrow but it is do able with a 44’ 5 er it looks worse than it really is
“Frog pond” swimming hole
Looked nice. And my kids loved the playground
There is lake access but it’s good for like a small flat bottom boat the lake is full of Lilly pads.
I can’t think of anything negative about this campground or it’s owners
We loved this camp we will be back soon possibly every trip to Michigan this will be our short term home
Thanks Fred and Cindy for a great place to stay at a fair price you guys have worked hard.
