Sites are really close together. No concrete pads at sites, so most are not quite level. Near shopping, etc. Great customer service from the rangers. www.writeontheroad.com

Would Not Come Back
This campground is right on a busy highway and the highway noise is so loud. We were here just as a pit stop on a weekend. Super busy with some sites parking up to 4 cars and a boat. It was tight to manuever on the roads. No water hookups on your site, have to fill up at the entrance. Our site 216 was mostly sand and loose dirt. No gravel. Had to manuever trailer to find a spot it wouldn't sink in. This place would be a muddy mess on rainy days. Not a state park that's quiet and peaceful...go somewhere else if you are looking for that. Would not recommend for an overnight stop either. Would only recommend if you are coming to use the lakes.

My church camps here for two weeks every summer! Wonderful campground, great area to explore wether it's down town or out in the woods you're interested in! Good fishing, safe area, great for riding bikes! It's 8 miles around lake Cadillac if you're wondering! :)

Beautiful
A beautiful setting right on the lake! We have a 40' tag along trailer and camped in a lake front lot. This park is clean, well cared for and has trees on most spaces. There is plenty of fishing, boating, kayaking, and a nice walking path along the waterfront. Very peaceful and relaxing.
