Clean, quiet, cheap! There's an adequate shower house, electric hookup included, only $20! We were pleasantly surprised. Fourth of July weekend, dozens of open sites here while other campgrounds are full. This campground is by a river, very pretty, but less than a mile from the Great Lakes Heritage Center in Alpena.
