Not Great!!!

Highway 30ft from the back of my site with no fencing for protection and noise reduction !!! Traffic noise all night. The sites are not maintained. They advertise that they closed for a year to update and there are still many problems. Cable is spotty,internet is very slow, water pressure is low(hard to shower).Staff emailed me to tell me I needed to mow my own site??? Really??? Also right after I got here I was chased by a staff person twice saying I was driving to fast. 5 MPH is to fast??? I would say this place is not worth the price.

Don't come high price dirt roads electical,sewer and water all in wrong place. Had to dump first then pull up.no pull though here unless you have extraordinary long sewer and electrical lines

Very crowded have to pay for everything, pool, golf , even wifi and it said free on there web site Only 30 spots with full hookups . If you like to have a short stay . Then this is the place
