Great Campground Off The Beaten Path

Great campground off the beaten path with lots of space between sites and very helpful/friendly staff. Laundry shed is 2 washers and 2 dryers that you must make an appt. to use due to COVID. These could stand an update...

Mt Greylock Campsite

Pros: Wooded, quiet even when full of campers, large sites, well organized and nice owners. Loved our week here. Nice places to explore and descent shopping if needed. Cons: Phones are busy Keep trying, muddy and ruts when rainy, no black sewer hookup (Honey Wagon), hilly but not too difficult to maneuver.

Mt Greylock Campground

a minute ago on  Google Campground is lovely with rolling hills and lots of trees. However, the sites are not very level and in some cases not finished well (drainage ruts, muddy). Bathrooms are functional but 'rustic' with exposed plumbing. Bathrooms are not overly clean (floor) and need better maintenance (found without toilet paper once). Pool is advertised as heated. If it is, not by very much. The staff/owners are very nice if seemingly overwhelmed

Much Improved

This campground has new owners and they made quite a difference. The old owners were nice but the place was run down. Now you have the faster campground WiFi I’ve ever seen in any New England. The place is well kept and while not open year round they stay open late into the year. Water was shutoff when I went but showers were free and I could refill my water tank at the office. It used to be a last resort campground, now it’s a first choice. Just be aware do not follow your GPS if it wants you to take Quarry Road!

Open All Year

Great campground right near Mt. Graylock. Big even spaces with wooded lots, year round shower and laundry. Was recently purchased by a new couple who are awesome and are in progress to renovate everything. Had lots of hiking info and activity info of things to do nearby. Would definitely come again. Our cell service and hot spots worked great here too so we didn't need any additional wifi connection. Showers were hot and site was quiet and had full hookups.

great camp sites

This site was a pleasure. Its a little dated in the bathrooms but the new owners are planning some changes. The showers where hot and clean, but on a coin pay system from ancient times. I came in tired frazzeled and in need of sleep i was only planning on staying a night but ended up staying three becuase the camp site and grounds where so nice. Lots of trees and huge sites.

Nice Quite Facility

The site was great, but I did have to do some sweet talking to get a full hook up. The fellow that works there was very friendly and helpful in getting me set up The wifi only works at the office and there was no cable tv. The bath house needs updating. The whole facility was nice, clean and well maintained.
