Great Weekend

A lot for families and kids. We stayed in October so there was trick or treating. We stayed near the putt putt, with a nice awning with full hook up. Definitely would come back!

My wife and I were visiting family on the way through. We picked this campground because it was close to them. We were only able to stay one night so you can take this for what it is worth. Yes the campground is a little pricey, however the entire campground is beautiful, all of the sites we saw on our ride through were gorgeous. If you like hills, trees and privacy this the place to come. We have added this to our list of campgrounds to come back to. Hopefully we can spend more time and enjoy more of what they have to offer

Enjoyed our stay but think the price is a bit high. We paid $52 and that was with Good Sam discount. That wouldn’t be an unreasonable price but for the fact that you must pay additional for almost all of their many amenities and activities. Thank goodness we don’t have kids co that would have really added up. Sites are large with nice grassy area, table and fire pit. Some are shaded and some not, some gravel and some paved. Staff is pleasant. WiFi worked great and about 30 cable channels. Worked out as a great place to explore hubby’s home town of Bel Air and then Baltimore Harbor.

Ok For Weekend

This is a nice park, altho quite spread out from where the office to most of the camping is. Lots of stuff for the kids to do, plenty of space. We don't have kids tho. And found them running thru our site a bunch. Then got complaints that our satellite dish was a tripping hazard! As it's 5 feet from the camper on our own site, how so? Many well-entrenched long time annuals here who are not friendly to others looking to join in. They want to keep it their own private Idaho up there I guess. We stored our camper, they moved it and damaged it, and their insurance people blew ours off - repeated calls went ignored and unanswered. Too far away from DC and Baltimore for day tripping, especially if traffic tie ups happen.
