I called to ask about a reservation and price. The guy was so rude on the phone that we moved on and stayed at the state park north of Flintstone.

I agree with the last review, this is a wonderful place to stay. Kind of rustic but all anyone needs. Would stay here again.

40-acre Hidden Gem!
Wow! We were hesitant to stay here, because there wasn’t much info available, but OMG I’m so glad we did!! Diana and Don are so hospitable and kind. They opened up their land as a campground two years ago and are continuously improving the already gorgeous property. The views are gorgeous and Don was helpful when it came to getting us set up upon arrival. When you get to the Sunco gas station, follow the campground sign to Tractor World. Don is typically in the shop and their home is just behind Tractor World. We were the only ones on the entire campground. It was like our own little paradise for two nights. Full hookups, picnic tables, hiking trails down to the pond, pets welcome! Don loves pups and even said a leash wasn’t necessary during our stay, since they weren’t busy. They have an adorable pup (schnauzer mix) that roams thé property, and she’s super friendly. Don’t pass this campground by! Easy to find and close to the highway. You will NOT regret stopping!!

The View
This place is private owned but beautiful, the owners plan to grow more with the coming season. Amazing view of the town and beautiful mountains.
