I would rate higher but not worth $120 a night. Sites on gravel, pool not heated , bathrooms clean. Appears to have a lot of permanent residents

Great Rv Resort, so very nice to deal with at check in. They let us pick out our site and we came back and checked in and pay. 45 foot tag
