Stayed there off season middle of the week. The pool and hot tubs were open. All other activities were available weekends only. Still had a great stay. Very quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for us new campers

A Must Visit
Wow! What doesn't this place have? It has heated pools, hot tubs, (adult only pools & hot tubs too), bars & food at the pools, pavilions with live entertainment, kayaking on a river right from the campground. 20 miles of bike trails nearby. Minutes to the ocean with trolleys running to the beach on the hour. Old Orchard Beach is minutes away with shopping & amusement rides. Horse race facility up the road. It is very close to spectacular sea food restaurants. The resort is dog friendly and has a good size dog park on the property. The playgrounds are nice. There are basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, baseball fields. They rent bikes, kayaks, golf carts, paddle boats, etc... There is a golf course with a mile. The bath houses were clean and neat. Plenty of laundy rooms with recent equipment, all in good working order. A nice arcade room. This place is hopping in the summer with tons of kids and activities. Staff does a great job of keeping control without being intrusive.

All staff we encountered were great, from reservation to check-in to questions during our stay. Large park, but you don’t realize it because of spacious sites and trees. Was a good place to base our stay in this area. Highly recommend.

This park is very clean and well kept. Our stay from 9/6/17 to 9/13/17 was very nice. Staff was very nice and check in was very fast. I would stay here again only if they start to spray for mosquitoes. I have been to other campground that did this almost every evening a fourwheeler with a sprayer would come around campground and spray. We had no issues with that campground. At Bayley's camping resort the mosquitoes were just unbearable. If you walked your dog in the grass they would just come up out of the grass and attach the dogs and yourself. Both my wife and I were just chewed up even with repellent on. To even sit in front of a fire at night was terrible. Close to many attractions. If anyone at the resort reads this PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE START TO SPRAY FOR MOSQUITOES SINCE THEY CARRY MANY DISEASES LIKE WEST NILE VIRUS.
