This place has too many bugs including red ants. The lots are close together and the buildings are rundown. Cats roaming the grounds. Pool is disgusting that NO ONE is using.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Everything is a lie!! I need a tb shot just for looking at the pool. Cat infested, bug infested, and nasty. Big mistake booking this place. Ugh. Barf

Does not look like pictures, at all. Maybe,thats what it used to look like many years ago. No upkeep. The afte hours office was all junky looking and our site had trash around it. We closed up our little casita, and did not venture out. We were afraid what bathrooms would look Like. Next day we hi tailed it out witho ut our coffee.$ 40.00 too. Next door was a beautiful camp ground, but . when they have your credit card...hi way robbery!and tbey were listed in a texas book put out by the visitor center. I plan on writing them a letter.

This is decent for a quick stop/over night. The kids playground is pretty rough but my daughter still enjoyed it. Level spots, easy in and out.

Dump near New Orleans

Here for 2 days. Whole park should of been renovated 15 years ago l Would not even allow a dog to go in pool let alone a child. If this is the Good Sam standard then i will stick with KOA.

The worst place to stay in Louisiana. There were more living in the park than travelers. We were to stay two nights but left as soon as the sun came up. This park gives Good SAM'S a BAD name.*

Needed A Place To Pitch A Tent

I am headed to California from Miami. Needed a place to pitch a tent for the night - this place provided that. I got a lot for my truck, boat & tent near the creek. Was only there from 9p - 8a but have no complaints. They charged me $20 for the night. Beats a hotel or motel if you ask me :)!
