Better Than Most

With the exception of the pads near the lake it's nice. Lake pads are overcrowded. Shower rooms, bath houses are exceptional.

Well, the grounds look like they're mowed, but not trimmed. Only reason I say this is because we had reserved site 13, which is water front, and there is NO space around the site without walking in swampy ground, and there is absolutely no way to back in a 35 ft fifth wheel. We requested a different site and were given a pull through that accommodated us very well. The park is for boaters, which we also do, but this park is very overwhelmed by boats.

Awesome Park!

This is definitely a must see park. It is exactly what you would expect Louisiana to be like. Tall Cypress trees, nature abound, air conditioning in the showers, water park for the kids, and swimming area. Hope I get a chance to return here one day, but being from Missouri, we will see.

Great sandy beach, no muck. Campground is beautiful and simply relaxing by the lake. Really enjoyed our overnight here.
