Clean & Peaceful Perfect Campground
Spacious RV parking. There's a pool, fishing pond and basketball court. Be careful near the pond resident gator may be lurking nearby. There's free cable hookup and free wifi. The showers and restrooms are immaculate. The sites are very level. All I had to do was unhook from the car and lower the trailer down! They charge $35 a night, there's also weekly and monthly rates. I stayed a month.

Wonderful RV Park
We planned on 3 days stayed 7. It was a nice and relaxing. Chase and family are making wonderful improvements to the park. The pool & hot tub is going to be exceptional. The new walking path around the lake was a great way to enjoy nature, and see a alligator in the lake. Check in was easy Michelle was so kind. Very cute little store/office. New concrete sites being added. Close to Avery Island. Highly recommend KOC.

Location, Location, Location!
The KOC in New Iberia, Louisiana is in the midst of a make-over, a remodel, an upgrade. The new owners, who purchased the property about 8 months ago, have already done many improvements. New concrete RV pads are being constructed, trees are being planted, a gravel path around the small lake has been established, a pool with a BBQ and shelter is being constructed, a new basketball court has been built, and a dog park is now fully operational.
Close to many New Iberia attractions, like the Rip Van Winkle Gardens, the Tabasco Factory/Museum, and the Jungle Gardens of Avery Island (just to name a few we did),the KOC is ideally located. We spent a week there, nestled in with full-timers and those just passing through. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming.
The grounds were trash-free, thanks to the crews out picking up everything that should be in a dumpster instead of on the ground. All-in-all, the KOC team is working hard to turn this campground into a destination.

$$$
Big campground, small sites. All had 50/30 amp service, water, sewer, great wifi. Limited TV channels. Friendly staff. Did not use restrooms. Fishing lake on grounds. Had fabricating plant behind some sites, started working 6 or 7 in the morning. Avery Island close by for tours of the Tabasco sause factory. This isn't the fault of the campground but Hwy 90 was TERRIBLE! I mean really bad! We were headed West and went to Abbyville to get away from it on the way out. Resonable priced.
