Not Easiest

So there is no direct route. If coming in from I-49 on Rt 6, do not take left onto Jefferson St in bigger than 22ft, narrow road and very tight turn onto the bridge. Continue past Jefferson and cross river on Rt 1. You get a very open parking lot, no island, quiet night. We generally park after hours and are gone early so can't say how busy it is during the day.
