Very Quiet Secluded And Fun For Kids But
Some spots are on concrete some paved and some on grass. Have electric and water on site but no sewage. There's a dump-station at the exit.
But I have to say the price is good at $28 a night which is the price for nearly all State Park sites in Louisiana.
Ok this was the killer for me.....ROACHES
The little German roaches in the grass on all on the trees.
I bombed my site twice. Just rolled 2 bombs under my camper the 1st and 2nd day I stayed. I had roaches crawling in the outside walls on my camper. AND THEY FLY!!!
I arrived late so I didnt notice them until the morning of my second day. Thats when I went to the store and bought the bombs.
Im giving 3 stars because of all the amenities and convenience.

Great Quiet Park
Great little park close to many popular stores for shopping, eating, etc. Best $20 value we've found across many states in our travels. No pull thrus, no big rigs but otherwise great park. Nearby hiking trails and mountain biking trails are a bonus.
