Bad Condition

Do not go here if you have a choice. Rvs falling apart, trash all over. It looks like it was an old KOA, rotted wagon displays out front, just trashed.

Nice Park & Friendly Staff

We stayed here for three nights. The narrow entrance requires close attention but it's a city street issue and not necessarily the fault of the campground. Very easy to pull in/out of camper spaces, clean, pet friendly and quiet neighbors. Beautiful lake with ducks around. Extended stay rates are very reasonable. Four stars only because of the narrow entrance.

Over Nighter

We stayed overnight heading to Destin from Texas. 50 amp would not stay on, had to only use 2 AC units and breaker would hold. It had rained and it was muddy everywhere and water standing. Park is old and needs updating. Pool was green and no way was I getting in that. Lots of RV's look like they love there and it was pretty junky looking. I will not stay again.

We stand overnight and it was great. Love the dog park. No staff available but was told to put payment in drop box. No problems at all.

Due to a pothole in the driveway we have damage to the last two storage compartments and a levelling jack. Brand new motorhome. Had to stand in puddles of water to hook up. First space we we assigned to had no sewer hook up. Office staff acted like they didn't believe us.

Traveler

Our stay at the park was uneventful but our neighbor was packing up to leave. His RV had been broke into on two different occasions. The morning we we packing up to leave another gentlemen asked if we saw anyone come by with a fishing pole and tackle box. We told him, we had not. He was not happy. I highly recommend you lock everything up. We will not return to this campground.
