Prone To Flooding

Water, sewer and 30/50 amp services. This is the first non five-star review I've given out of many reviews on this app. This park seems to have a history of flooding. Lots are not pull through and are gravel/mud. There are several shaded lots though. We have a Jack Russell dog (10 years old). Despite the Park claiming they're dog friendly, we felt they were not very dog friendly. We had to keep our dog inside all the time we were there otherwise the manager complained.
