Very pricy and very noisy…close to a highway with noise all night… many full time residents come and go all night including motorcycle.. train also…Bathroom is far for short term sites…

Lots Of Hidden Charges
So today (Sunday), called at 3:50. No answer and I could make reservations on line. That was a process and $2.33 fee for on line, plus the $7.50 additional fee on top of the $55 overnight. App not user friendly, especially after a long day’s drive. Finally processing our payment and says ‘payment info wrong’. We were sitting right in front of the office! We left, thanks for nothing

Small Gem, Super Nice People
Stayed here a few days visiting the Ark with family. Didn’t expect much but the park staff was super friendly and invited us to some events they had planned for the weekend. Mostly locals and full timers at the events but they were super welcoming, we had a great time with them.

Small But Clean
We stayed there for 1 night. They have a pool, playground and clubhouse. The office store had a few snacks, beer and ice. Bathrooms and laundry room were very clean as well as the campground itself. People were very friendly and we talked to several also it is pet friendly. We would stay here again.

In light of our experience this is the first one star I’ve ever given on any review. The office is far below acceptable, small dirty and has nothing to offer. The whole campground is very cluttered with permanent trailers that I wouldn’t let my dog stay in. They only have one dump station right in front of office where you would be blocking half of the driveway. The cable (it never worked) only has 8 channels with one being the weather station. WiFi never worked in our part of the CG. Several of the 50 amp sites only had 30 amp and they said it was a problem with the power company, I didn’t understand that because some sites mine included did have 50 amp, our friends was told they had 50 but only had 30, one leg had very low voltage and amps. Vehicles from the permanent residents come and go late at night and some have very loud mufflers and very close to main road.

Nice Pool and Music
We have stayed here a number of times. They have a good pool. Love the music at the pavilion in the summer. Playground is nice for little kids. Bathrooms are average but almost always clean. I would not recommend a pull through site if you like to have a fire since I think only one out of 5 have a pit. The dump station is very inconvenient. Make sure you get your good sam discount..

1 Nighter
If you have to stay in the area then ok, but wouldn't recommend anything over 40'. Tight turns, narrow roads, off & on wifi, & mud. Other than that, great location and really nice host. 1 night if you have to don't believe Good Sam rating.

Small But Nice
My kids loved the playground and the bathrooms were clean. We also loved the location. They just need to expand because they are always booked up!

I'm glad we are only staying two nights. The play ground is to close to the main road. The ladies bathroom by the office needs more lighting. Also you have to be like bean pole to fit into the bathroom. I'm 5'2" @200lb and I didn't have room to move to close the door. Have to walk on the street that is only wide as a camper.

Disappointing
The only redeeming quality was that they had 1 open pull thru space but only for 1 night. Bathrooms are dirty, WiFi is basically nonexistent, very tight spaces for pull thrus, full-time spaces are much bigger, right turn arounds and they no longer honor passport America. They did have good Sam discount. They have cable but the reception is fuzzy half the time. I don't think we will be back. It has the potential to be much better but they have a lot of work to do. So disappointing.

Never Again
Shabby looking, long-term resident RVs abound. Transient sites near the entry are soggy gravel. Tough for big rigs to maneuver, and nearly impossible if there are other RVs on the outer perimeter of the loop. Sharp entry into the park from the small road as well as being a steep dip. Big rigs beware! Most inconvenient dump station design I've ever encountered. There are no sewer connections at RV sites. We will avoid this park in the future.
