If you stay to long here they will call state police. Police barracks is a mile or two up the road. I seen for myself few weeks ago state police questioning a driver because the workers at rest stop called on him. I was right next to this so I seen and heard what went on. State police ran everything he could on driver and when he came back clean he was told that he couldn't stay much longer because that wasn't a motel. They didn't harass me even though I just woke up and had been there for a few hours. This driver was there when I pulled in so don't really know how long he had been there. He was in a nice vehicle and from what I had witness he only left his vehicle to use bathroom. He mostly just say there on his cellphone. Just a heads up if you plan to stay for an extended period.
