Level But Tight
We stayed 3 nights (last weekend of Oct. 2023) because we were geocaching in the area. We were at site #65 to try to get a decent wifi signal. Site was fairly level and an easy pull through. No room to put out a rug/mat. Very, very close to neighbors. It was nice having full hook ups. Although it was closed when we were there, the pool seemed pretty nice. To stay here just to get away (and mainly just enjoy the campground) isn't something we would do because there's not much to do here. To stay here to explore Berea and the area and have a decent place to unwind at the end of the day is why we stayed and it did not disappoint. Check in was super easy and the folks at the office were super friendly and helpful. Overall (on a scale of 1 to 5 we'd give it a 3. Berea is a super clean city to explore. That carried a lot of weight for us. In the summer, with young children, it might be perfect - but we had no children with us and were there to geocache in the area.

Nice Level Pull Through Sites
Nice friendly staff. Quick check in. Gave us a $5 discount. Can get that if you are a veteran, senior citizen, or Good Sam member, etc. We only stayed 1 night but noticed that it is a very nice clean place with all pull through gravel sites with most being full hook up. Nicely shaded. They have 71 sites with 15 being just water and electric which is fine for staying just a day or so. We had no trouble getting around the park with our 33ft Class C pulling a Car Kaddy dolly with a Honda CRV with a double bike rack on the back carrying our electric bikes. Which the total length is probably about 53 feet. They put us in site 13, which on their map looks small but we had plenty of space and then some to keep everything hooked up. We also dumped our tanks at the dump station then drove around the park and turned around out front to position ourself to then refill the propane tank on the RV and an extra tank without any problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Accommodating
Made last minute reservations on road and got in early. They had no problem with us going straight to site. Bathhouse was clean with coded lock on entry. We just stayed overnight but quiet and friendly people and staff was great and friendly. Our site was level as is most on gravel. Pool was nice but we did not have time to use. Would stay again. Price was great.

Called to see if they had opening for a 1 month stay. They took my info and was going to check with manager. I called back the next day to find out that they have 10 year restriction on RV. That kind of information should be listed, so not to waste customers time.

Really Great Stopover
Really enjoyed the stop and people. I can see a big RV having issues but perfect for me and my grandson!

Just Fine
We only spent the night. Traveling during the pandemic is different. The bathhouse was closed, but hadn't planned on using it anyway. Lots of sites to pick from. Park is clean and we'll maintained. Only complaint; if you arrive after hours, they don't share the WiFi password.

No Way Its Big Rig Friendly
Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for 2 nights. Arrived and found out they lost my reservation, good thing.. i have a 43ft coach and pull a 24ft enclosed car trailer. They gave me a pull thru site 64. Barely big enough to fit. Was able to get slides out. Problem... due to very narrow roads. There was no way i could pull out of the site without taking out, a trailer, car, and picnic table. I had to back out of the site... thank God I was pulling a trailer... then i had to drive i to a big field to turn around just to get out of this park. No way it's big rig friendly. Will never stay again.

Good Stopover
Stopped overnight twice in two weeks. Reasonably priced, all pull thrus. Friendly and helpful. Gravel mostly level sites, very close together but had enough room for my 44ft toy hauler. Great overnight stop only 1/2 mile off I75. Will stay again.

An Honest Review For 40 Footers
Don't know how others can say level sites, or nice pull throughs. Looks like majority of rigs are permanent, and much smaller. Definitely not level sites, probably will have to disconnect toad to get out, because not enough space to turn out with toad attached. Ingress and egress roads are in rough shape, very slow going to get out. If in this area, go 16 miles south on I-75 to Renfro Valley cg. All pull thrus and full hookups, including cable, which this cg doesn't. And about the Same price.

Convenient
A small, quiet, clean campground. Pleasant staff. Bathrooms were dated but clean. Full hook-up, pull through level sites. No other amenities or fire rings. Great for our overnight passing through going south and back north again. Would use this campground for this purpose again.

The Good The Bad The Ugly
We just left Richmond, about 30 miles north of here headed south after a few days of dry camping. The Good: easy off I75, $8 for dump services The Bad: not a clean park, looks like homeless congregates here, the discharge hole cover would not open enough to accept the end of the sewer hose appropriately, standing water around dump station, we did not stay here overnight, but the sites were gravel and did not look level as we drove around the park, looks like there are long term residents here and unkempt occupied sites. The Ugly: none

I needed a place for one night. Got a pull through spot. Level spot. The staff was great. As mentioned water, electric and sewer, 50 and 30 amp. If you traveling I 75 in the Berea area good place and price is right.

New owner is making improvements to once neglected park. Water, electric and sewer all functioned well. All sites are relatively level pull thrus with room for big rigs. Staff is friendly and attentive. Some areas are well treed and others are open. Excessive rain this winter has prevented maintenence on gravel roads. But owner says that will happen when things dry out.
