More Than Disappointed

We arrived after making reservations and found that they had "overbooked". The truth is, they were renting out spaces that have no working hookups and/ or had so much overgrowth you couldn't even tell there had ever been a spot. One spot they tried to put us in, had a tree growing in the middle of it. Apparently the lodge is responsible for booking, but outdoor rec is responsible for maintenance and there's no communication between the two. We were more than disappointed.
