Wash
Are you allowed to wash your RV's even if there's a charge??

Nice Restful Stay
The park is mostly for long-term residents (e.g. contractors, etc.) but has a few back-in spots for overnighters and a couple pull-through for emergency tow-ins.
There are no amenities except for an affordable laundry. The park has surprisingly good WiFi, which I haven't seen at many RV parks.
The sites are level with gravel & grass and often a contrete patio.
The managers are nice people and friendly. The park takes Good Sam or AAA discounts.
However, you are near a train crossing so the trains are often blowing their whistles at odd hours of the day and night. Wear ear plugs when you sleep and it will be hardly noticable.

Is there primitive camping?

Not Terrible.
We did a quick overnighter passing through. Had staff help guide us when we got there. A little confusing as to where and how to park. Loud location next to the train. Not too clean either. Also needs more lighting.

Not My Definition Of An RV Park
To RVers
Unfortunately this park is a trailer park and no attendant when you arrive. This is an "over rated" trailer park.
