Good Value

We stayed one night on our way through Kansas. The Manager was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and she made the experience very easy and smooth. Good rate and full hookups. In and out was very easy as well. There isn't a lot of amenities but it's great for short stays or if you're looking for a good value.

Nice small park

Stayed 1 mo with no issues. Manager super friendly and accommodating. This is a no frills park. It worked for us due to location and no frills needed. There are long term and short here. Friendly people and other than rooster crowing a lot, pretty quiet. A train now and then across highway and an airplane which are actually quiet. Wifi works good with some slow down occasionally and free cable. Plan to stay again in the fall.

Pleasant

Level spots. Easy hook ups. Lovely manager. My gps took me to the wrong side of the road. However, Joyce had directed me to the Super 8 which is directly in front of the park. Without those directions, I would have had difficulty finding it. We didn’t use any of the facilities so can’t comment. Internet was sketchy but that is our experience with most places. Would stay again.

We stayed there in May 2018. Very clean very quiet very nice. Nothing fancy. It was a great place to spend the night

Nice Manager!

The manager, Joyce, is the nicest person! The bathroom/shower must be a one person at a time facility. We tried off and on for 2 hours to get into it. Cable TV is available by borrowing a cable box from the office. Lots of channels via antenna so we didn't bother borrowing the box. Kinda pricey for a simple park. It appears that most spaces are occupied by long term rigs.
