We have,stayed here many times, great location coming from dfw area, people friendly. Not looking for a resort, just a clean, safe, friendly place.

NOISY

Next to I-35 with lots of truck noise. Also muddy after a rain. No frills and would be over priced at half the $32 daily rare.
