Small park

The park is new with maybe 10 spots. The spots are hard to menuever in if a large rig. The water pressure is very low. RV park is very loud with loud unkept trailer park residences, constant loud trains, loud dirt bike track behind campground. No mail delivery for monthly rent. Monthly rent does not include water sewer or electricity. Park only good for overnight stay with small tt.
