Large Sites

Most sites are large. Campground is well maintained. Electric hookup only. Water is available. Nice lake. Great for paddlers. Very inexpensive.

Nice campground

Well kept, clean. Most sites are gravel, with a handful on concrete slabs. I really enjoy the wildlife presentations at the ampitheatre, or floating in the lake on a hot day. Nice fishing lake, esp for panfish.

Nice Lake

My wife and I went canoeing on this lake. It is one of the larger lakes in Indiana. There is an area for skiing and larger boats. There is also a very large area where only small fishing boats, kayaks, and canoes can go because of old stumps sticking out of the water. This makes for great fishing and a quiet area for paddlers. The park looks clean and well laid out, with a beach and camping area. Bald eagles and other birds can be seen. Fishermen report a lot of success at this lake. I highly recommend Hardy Lake.
