Quiet Beauty
We stopped here for the night in late September and felt like we had the place all to ourselves. It was quiet and wooded with fairly large sites in our section. We liked the showers individually placed along the restrooms exterior. The few other guests here were very quiet. They may be open year round.

Depends on what you are looking for.
We spent the weekend of May 21 - May 23 2021, and it was pretty packed. If you have kids with you (ours are grown), this place is about perfect. LOTS of kids everywhere, and they were having a blast. The sites are closer together and less private than we normally like, but still tolerable. Our paved pad was level, and most looked the same. Not wild about how a lot of pads were 90 degrees from the the road, but driving (and parking) on the grass is apparently okay because everybody did it. No water on sites but lots of spigots around. No issues with the staff or other campers, and it seemed well-run. Where we were (the place is huge), the restroom and shower house were brand new. One reviewer mentioned only one dump station, however there are four. In conclusion: If you are looking for a family camping experience, this place should fit the bill. But if you are retired like us, and looking for a more quiet, peaceful, private, and wooded camping experience, maybe not.

Campground is pretty nice. Quite large. Only one dump station that can get backed up with traffic around check out times. Be prepared to pay an additional $9 to enter the park, even if you're camping.

First time in our RV, we picked somewhere close to home. Great facility lots to do!! Rent paddle boats, go hiking on different trails, go trail riding, eat ice cream from the general store. Playgrounds were great I have an 12,10,9,&5 and they were entertained. Also very quite and felt very safe. A lot of the spots where at a slope, and we were not told, and the showers we were at smelled. But had a wonderful time and will definitely come back
