Nice Trails

Great backpacking area also. Hard to find a good place like this for backpacking in central Illinois. Nice trails right next to the Salt Creek.

On way back from Fl needed to find a spot to rest for the night. This was right on the way and a nice quiet Cg in April. Friendly hosts. Had our pick of sites. All graveled. Lots of trees. 3 bathroom stalls and 3 shower stalls. Clean and functional. Didn't get a chance to walk around but did see a pond or small lake Would stop again if I was in the area. $20.00

Tent Camper

Best thing I like is the seperate area for tenters. Lots to do in this busy little park. Be sure to hike around the lake and check out the Veteran's memorial.

Weldon Springs State Park

What a great campground ! Quiet,clean, and much to explore. Can't wait to go back again. I've been told they have a beautiful veterans memorial. Going to check it out next time. Love this place.

Nice Park!

This is a great weekend getaway spot. Very we'll kept with a nice little fishing lake. Most campsites are nice with some better than others.
